Lucentra is an AI-assisted creative development platform designed to help music creators navigate strain, uncertainty and decision points in their careers. Built by Finding the Music Inside Consultancy, the project combines a proven reflective coaching methodology with a structured AI layer that guides users through a clear sequence of prompts, helping them identify pressure, separate self from system, and take practical next steps.

The R&D phase will turn this methodology into a working digital prototype, refined with support from Dev Sports and tested through a live pilot with an institutional or management partner in the Liverpool City Region. The aim is to create a safe, non-clinical tool that supports artist development, improves resilience and protects creative agency.

Lucentra is rooted in real practitioner experience and designed for scale. Its wider ambition is to make structured developmental support more accessible to independent creators, music education organisations and industry partners, while creating a licensable product that can sustain healthier music careers.

The Lucentra project is one of six SME-led projects awarded funding from the MusicFutures Innovation Funding Call to develop and scale new products, services or experiences across the music sector in the Liverpool City Region.
