MusicFutures recognised in UK Government’s new Plan for Music
The UK Government has launched “Turn It Up: Our Plan for Music”, a new national strategy setting out its vision to support, grow and strengthen the UK’s world-leading music sector.
The report outlines a range of priorities designed to ensure the UK remains at the forefront of global music, with a strong focus on innovation, skills, grassroots music, exports and harnessing new technologies to drive future growth.
MusicFutures is delighted to be recognised within the strategy, featuring as a case study in the report’s Innovation section, “Unleashing the power of the UK’s cutting-edge creativity.” The case study highlights the role MusicFutures is playing in bringing together industry, academia, technology and creative talent to explore new approaches to music innovation and support the future of the sector.
